A capital "invaded by violent gangs," according to Trump
Crime is on the rise in the federal capital, Trump says:
"Our nation's capital is overrun with violent gangs, bloodthirsty criminals, groups of juvenile delinquents, drug-addicted maniacs, and homeless people. And we will not let that happen again," he said in August at a White House press conference.
